I am picky and demanding when it comes to dealerships, and I was very pleased with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I highly recommend them for all of you car buying and service needs! Upon entering Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge, my experience differed greatly from any other dealership I had dealt with. All of the sales people i spoke with were able to answer all of my questions about my cars of interest and stopped at nothing to assist me in any way they could. They were not pushy or unknowledgeable as in other dealerships I visited. Every step from picking which car was right for me to getting in it and driving away was a smooth easy process with friendly people helping me the whole time. I would highly recommend ECJD as top choice in purchasing a new or used car.

This was my first new car purchase in almost 10 years and everyone was very helpful and explained every part of the process to me. I love my new 2011 RAM 1500! From the showroom floor to the service area everyone made you feel like family and seemed to go out of their way to make sure you knew your vehicle inside and out. Donny in service installed my wheel locks and after market parts which I purchased from the dealership. Donny also took the time to answer all of my mechanical questions I had about my new HEMI. I was also very happy with the price I got on my new truck. Andy made sure we stayed within the monthly amount I was looking to spend and was still able to get me into my dream truck. Thanks again to everyone.

I found that everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured and they listened to what I was looking for and made sure I was in the right vehicle. What a great experience. I felt very comfortable in this dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the whole car buying experience very enjoyable. I would send others to this dealship for sales or service. They do customer service top notch. Other dealers could learn a few things from them. If your in the market for a car they can help you out.

I was looking for a used car that was classy but at the same time something that fit my budget, so I saw some of the deals Eastchester had on differnet Websites and decided to check them out. The whole experience was amazing, the building was beautiful and presentable, as soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by a friendly and respecful receptionist who assisted in getting me a Salesman, who answered EVERYTHING! I had a whole bunch of questions lol, but what really impressed me was working with Javier, Very professional and understanding, he knew exactly what I wanted and the payments he got me in were phenominal! Thank you Eastchester!!!!!

While I was waiting for my New car to be detailed, I was actually escorted into the service area and met with a service advisor and a technician. They were very friendly and told me about the oil change specials they have going on. (What a Deal!) They did a beautiful job with detailing my car and whenever I need a future service, Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge is the #1 place that I'm going to!!!!

The whole experience was amazing, the building was beautiful and presentable, as soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by a friendly and respecful receptionist who assisted in getting me a Salesman, who answered EVERYTHING!
